Andrey Ivanov
(b.1977) is a Moscow-based artist and photographer. He is a graduate of the art school Free Workshops at the Moscow Museum of Modern Art and a participant in the education programs of the Fotodepartament (Saint-Petersburg). The author works in various photographic techniques and genres. In his work, Ivanov develops themes of identity, the social unconscious and cultural archetypes. He has exhibited his projects at personal and group exhibitions in Brands Museum (Danmark), Moscow Museum of Modern Art, Russian Museum (Saint-Petersburg), Metankov House Museum of Photography (Yekaterinburg), at festivals Photovisa, Photoparad, Silver Camera, Baltic and Volga biannual and abroad. Works are presented in museums and private collections.
